RESIDENTIAL HOUSE [2008-2011]

Conception, Project management, architecture and interior design development, detailing, dealing directly with clients and site management.
The house is located in Pasargada neighborhood surrounded by the atlantic forest preservation.
The site has more than 9 feet slope for that reason we decided to locate the volume in a way to provide an panorama landscape view and also provide a minimum impact above the existing vegetation.
With the slope of the terrain provides the motorcycle garage and workshop. On ground floor is a open plan which allows various different layouts. On the second floor are Suite and Bathroom shared with the bedroom and office.
This building consists of a low cost construction, using local techniques: ceramic brick with white stucco, eco tiles and concrete. The house’s main rooms – Living room, kitchen, T.v room, bedrooms and bathrooms, balcony and terrace.
