Conception, Project management, architecture and interior design development, detailing, dealing directly with clients and site management.
After two years of designing the main house [D.M. House] the client felt the need to build an outbuilding to provide more space to his guests with infrastructure to cook, and entertain.
Dialoguing with the main house using the same colours and materials but with a different design.This outbuilding consists of a low cost construction, using local techniques: ceramic brick with white and terracota stucco, steal sandwich tiles and a brise de soleil using the same wood as the roofing of main house.
The outbuilding’s plan consists of a terrace, kitchen, deposit, bedroom and bathrooms.
